"The Pill-ers of the Community"
Clark Griffith RPh
Clark graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy in 1981. Clark has explored many areas of pharmacy including community, hospital, independent, durable medical equipment and now compounding. He enjoyed all the adventures along the way, but by far the most rewarding personally, is compounding. He feels he has played an important role in the health care of many patients, but compounding has allowed him to see and hear the results on a daily basis. Clark attended primary training at PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America) in Houston Texas in 1999. That same year he applied his learned skills and started practicing compounding in his conventional pharmacy in Torrington Wyoming. Clark has attended many seminars and continuing education programs through PCCA including Compounding Techniques, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Pain Management. Clark is always looking to expand his knowledge in compounding to bring this unique concept of patient care to his patients. As of July 2006, Clark moved the practice back to Scottsbluff and practices only compounding and well care.
Karlyn Najera Pharmacy Technician
Karlyn was born and raised on a farm in Wyoming. She is enthusiastic and passionate about helping people to reach a balance of healthy living, nutrition and healthy attitude. She started working for Clark at Center Pharmacy in Torrington, WY, in 2004 where she found a worthy mentor and role model to help guide her in her studies on vitamins and nutrition. It was also at Center Pharmacy where Karlyn was introduced to the world of Compounding and Bio-identical hormones. She has worked in traditional pharmacies but, did not get the satisfaction, of truly helping people, which she gets working with Clark's theory of "replacing what the body is missing". Over the years she had become moderately familiar with vitamins and nutrition and has become a permanent fixture at Griff's Compounding Center where she enjoys the interaction and on-on-one time with each customer. She has recently become the primary compounder technician at Griff's. Karlyn completed primary training at PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America) in Houston Texas June 2011 specifically focusing on the different options available to a compounding pharmacy and the different ways we make our customers lives easier.
